Mining Heritage
Since pre-Columbian times, precious metals have been the wealth of the Americas. The native peoples knew it and the conquistadors understood it as well.
Even today...
...in the 21st century, the extraction of these metals remains the main source of wealth. It is an engine of development, a way to achieve social equality, a great field of research and scientific advances, and the measure of well-being for all the inhabitants of this continent.
However, only 5% of small mining producers with potential are successful, due to a lack of capital to exploit their deposits safely, to renew their technology and to establish direct channels to sell their ore.
In fact, small-scale mining in Chile has never directly exported its products, and the same is true in other countries in the Americas.

Business Model
- Through our evaluation method, we select projects with high potential, either for their reserves, ore grade, complexity/simplicity of exploitation, required investment levels and, above all, for ensuring a quick return on investment.
- We then acquired all or part of the mining property, in most cases in partnership with small-scale miners.
- Our Investment Fund then finances the entire project operation.
- Previously, our Investment Fund has raised capital through our on-line INVESTMENT PORTAL, contacting a small group of investors and/or using a hive model, with many people willing to make small investments.
- Once the investment is made and the exploitation process is underway, investors receive their return in terms ranging from 1 to 12 months, with rates depending on investment volumes and other factors, agreed upon from the beginning.
