Association with Projects in Exploitation with Operational Plant and good Grade Ore, which do not have capital to export and/or do not have efficient commercial networks.

Association with HIGH GRADE ORE WITH PROVEN RESERVES. For miners with high grade ore extracted and/or with reserves, which must be demonstrated with a professional study carried out at their own expense.

TYPE 1: LIG finances the construction of a plant, whose partnership will be 90% LIG and 10% Miner. Ownership of the mine does not enter into the partnership, but guarantees the exclusive sale of the ore to the plant. The miner must commit to a minimum amount of tons of ore extraction per month.

TYPE 2: LIG finances the exploitation of the mine and the construction of a plant, whose partnership will be 70% LIG and 30% Miner. The mine property is valued and enters the company. The capital stock is paid in according to the contributions of each partner.

TYPE 3: LIG builds a plant 100% financed by the Miner at 50% of the market value, whose partnership will be 10% LIG and 90% Miner. The operation of the plant remains in the hands of LIG and the plant acquires the name LIG with the name of the city where the plant is located. In this option, Minero also places the mine to be valued by LIG within the company with NI43101 standard.

LIG builds a plant only partially financed by the miner:

If it finances 50% of the project cost price it will control 60% of the partnership. -If it finances less than 50% of the project cost price, it loses the option to control the company.

The operation of the plant remains in the hands of LIG and the plant acquires the name LIG with the name of the city where the plant is located. In this option, as in option 3, Minero also places the mine to be valued by LIG within the company with NI43101 standard.

Association with HIGH-LEVEL MINERAL WITH UNPROVEN RESERVES.

Unproven reserves but with high potential. LIG finances an in-depth geological study and the construction of the Plant.   This is one of the most profitable forms of association.

Association with LOW LEVEL MINERAL WITH PROVEN RESERVES (CHILE).

Proven reserves. LIG finances the construction of the Plant and safeguards a medium-term business.

TRADING partnership for short-term mining in highly profitable mines.

This option can be considered a very short term investment option 60, 90, 120 days in which the business risk is assumed by LIG at 100%, assuring profitability for its financiers. This modality is for mines with very high grade exportable raw ore where the mineralogical outcrops and the history of the mine ensure a minimum amount of ore to work for one year. LIG gives the financial partner the option to choose which traditional mineral market with assured demand it wants to enter and, in turn, enter into the contract with the end client as the financier. The final product is certified by internationally recognized certifying companies in the market such as Alex Stewart, SGS, etc. and the payment of the contract is guaranteed month by month with letters of credit from our end customers. In this type of modality it is required to finance only the item, the consecutive increases of production month by month come from the same flow of the sale of the mineral. For all of the above, LIG delivers a percentage of the business to its financiers. Of the commercial financing modalities, this is considered the second most profitable. Although the operation in this modality is more complex than in the mineral purchase and processing modality, the initial amount is placed only once and it is not necessary to reinject new capital if it is required by contract with the final client to increase production. The production increases will be generated with the same flow of the operation since the operational cost is much lower in this modality than in the purchase of ore and processing.
